Write to me

The fastest way to get help is an email to support@quietcraftstudio.co. I read and answer every message myself, usually within a few working days.

If something went wrong in the app, tell me what you were doing when it happened, which iPhone you have and which version of iOS it runs. That is almost always enough for me to find it.

Piggy is currently available in Polish only. Support is in English or Polish, whichever you prefer.

My data is not on my other device

Piggy syncs through your own iCloud, so both devices have to be signed in to the same Apple Account, with iCloud Drive turned on and enough space left.

In the app, open Settings and look at the iCloud sync section — it shows what the last sync did and, if something failed, why. Syncing also needs a network connection, so the first sync on a new phone can take a minute.

Reminders are not arriving

Piggy schedules reminders on your phone, so they only work if notifications are allowed for the app. Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Piggy, then the individual reminder switches in the app's own settings.

Reminders are sent for upcoming bills, payday and weekly progress on a goal. If a Focus mode is on, iOS may hold them back.

Face ID keeps asking, or never asks

The lock is optional and lives in the app's settings, under security. When it is on, Piggy asks for Face ID every time you open it; if Face ID fails, your iPhone passcode works as a fallback. Turn the switch off and the app opens straight away.

Deleting your data

In the app: Settings → Delete all data. It removes everything from the device and, at the next sync, from your iCloud and your other devices as well. There is no copy anywhere else, because there is no server of mine to keep one on.

Deleting the app alone leaves the data in your iCloud, so if you plan to start over, delete the data first.

Buying, refunds and receipts

Piggy is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing to buy inside the app.

Payments, receipts and refunds are handled entirely by Apple — I never see your payment details. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.

Buying once covers all your devices signed in to the same Apple Account, including a future iPhone.

Does Piggy connect to my bank?

No, and it is not going to. You enter what you earn and what you spend yourself. That is the price of the app never sending your numbers anywhere — there is no bank connection to leak them through.
